Get Pre-Approved today flyer

So advertising just isn't my bag, it confuses and frightens me to be frank.
Marketing just gave me a one page flyer, basically advertising jointly with SmallTown Development Corporation (who is also a related interest of an affiliate) that says the receiver of the flyer can get preapproved TODAY. Then it just basically goes down the litany of all of our wonderful products and services. I mean, our products and services are top notch, but this flyer doesn't seem right to me. Firstly, the whole dual branding of the flyer. We have the Development Corporation's logo and our logo on the top.

any thoughts on this? Perhaps I am just being overly sensitive. I don't see why we couldn't just give a potential customer a flyer from just us with our branding and products and services.

Also, just saying that we have fixed rate, adjustable etc.etc. mortgages is not a triggering event current?

Any thoughts on the above post? I am thinking that we cannot have the dual branding on this form. Anything else anyone sees as an issue?
