Are their any prohibitions against Texas Home Equity Laws in the following situation:
Customer is being deeded property and then turning around and doing home equity loan? I don't think there is, but I just want to make sure.

There are no seasoning requirements to get a home equity loan found Texas law. You just can't refinance a home equity loan within one year.
