Itemization of Amount Financed

We have a consumer loan secured by an RV for which SII was purchased and financed in the loan. In looking at the combined Note/TIL/Security Agreement, shouldn't the SII and fee be listed under "Amount paid to others on my behalf" under Itemization of Amount Financed?
