Do you think it would be appropriate for us to use the CME TERM SOFR 12 month adjustment index (USD LIBOR Consume Cash Fallbacks (CME Term SOFR) Summary? Also do we provide the current adjustment and then send a courtesy notification letter on June 30? Unfortunately the regulators will not give us any guidance on this. What are others doing?
