Faxed copies

Do any other banks allow loans to close with faxed signatures on the loan docs? Assuming it is notarized and originals will follow in the mail. Lender is requesting to allow funds to be disbursed.

We do this all the time. We have branches and closing at other title companies and attorney offices. As long as you trust the source we would fund with no problem as soon as we saw copies of ALL required signed documents.
