Overdraft LOC annual fee

Hello, our bank is going to be assessing a yearly fee to customers who have an Overdraft Line of Credit. I was wondering if anyone could suggest the necessary verbiage to include in the Line of Credit agreement that the customer signs? Thank you for your assistance.
