Estimate for Taxes and Insurance on HUD - 08/25/05 05:50 PM
We do not escrow for taxes or insurance on any of our R/E loans. At a recent training seminar, it was stated that these should be included on the HUD because they are required by the lender. Does this still apply if we don't escrow?
