Where can I find the verbage tht needs to be on the Notice to Servicemembers? Thanks

The wording is slightly different than the wording on a document posted on HUD's web site with a 4/30/07 OMB expiration date. Here's a link to that document. http://hudclips.org/sub_nonhud/cgi/pdfforms/92070.pdf
