Notice of Property NOT in a Flood Zone

Notice of Property NOT in a Flood Zone - 07/20/15 04:35 PM

Our flood determination vendor automatically prints out the "notice not being in a flood zone" with every determination not in a flood zone. Is the notice required to be signed by the customer? I don't think it is but we were written up for it during a loan review.

The notice is not required at all. Have your vendor turn off that notice.
