Is this a "detached structure"?

Consumer application to purchase vacant land. However, LO finds out that it is not vacant. It has a carport with a covered section for a travel trailer and an enclosed and covered patio section.

No sleeping, bathroom or kitchen facilities. (All these are in the travel trailer which is not "structurally connected" to the carport plus as described above. And it is used for personal, family or household purposes (like a camp).

Any thoughts?
