Thanks, Dan. FYI for anyone using this - when I pull up my personal residence, the deductions are spot on, but the annual tax bill is about half of what it should be (the annual amount listed is closer to a single installment rather than the full year amount).

We ran a couple of test by choosing the county and township and all of ours were pretty close. As an example the one property we were looking at was being used as a comp to estimate the taxes on new unassessed property. The actual tax bill was $1362.38 and this calculator calculated $1368.

Also Adam, I thought you lived in Ohio.

I just ran a few more in my area and it looks like houses in town are about twice the amount listed on the calculator, where houses out of town are much closer. I have heard that my area has high taxes in town, but the calculator doesn't differentiate between being in town or not as the township expands into rural areas.
