When receiving a levy on non federal benefit payment account, can we take our levy fee out of the account the day we place a hold on the funds? Example; the levy amount due is for $250.00, balance in the account on the day of review is $350.00. Can we take our fee that day or must be wait until the 21 days before debiting for the fee?

The rule is you must pay the levy before collecting your fee. If you remove the funds from their account and place in a holding account, you could take your fee the same day.
