Hi All,

Would the bank be response for adverse action notices that are sent out by an investor of the bank? Example the bank only gathers the information for the investor (the investor makes the credit decision and sends out the adverse action notice). I conduct an audit of adverse action notices for the bank, would I have to audit the investor's adverse action notices? Would the bank be out of compliance if the investor's adverse action notices are not compliant with regulation B?

The bank has not denied the credit, so how can the bank be on the hook for an adverse action notice?
