We closed a branch office late last year, but kept a deposit-taking ATM in that location. The ATM accepts deposits only from bank customers. Should I make any adjustments to our defined assessment area because of the branch closing, or should it remain the same since the ATM is still there? Is there any guidance on this? Thanks.

A deposit taking ATM counts for assessment area purposes. That area should continue to be included. Not knowing your AA, it is conceivable you could make some adjustments but the specific tract where that ATM is located needs to be included.
