I know we can send out a 30 day notice of closure due to NSF's. This is to accomodate a positive balance closure due to excessive NSF's. My question.....Is this a UCC item and where would I find the information in its entirety?

Is there a regulation that covers whether the bank has a limited amount of time to send a customer who has paid off a loan the paid off documents such as the original note marked as paidoff, any titles, liens, etc released? Inother words, besides customer satisfaction, is there another risk for taking too long to send the customer the paidoff note and other collateral documents released?

Can you please inform me about recent changes to Reg E? I had a call from a rep at Bankers Systems about updating my ATM/Visa Checkcard app, which included the Reg E language with some new verbiage. Since I don't use that app any longer, he could only inform me that the beginning of the verbiage that was changed was "If you don't complete a fund transfer...". Any help you can give on this topic is appreciated.
