I have a real estate loan that the customer checked on the GMI information that they do not wish to furnish this information. We are HMDA reportable. Do I use visual observation to complete the information on the LAR?
Husband Co-Signer b/c Not List as a Borrower?

Notice to co-signer? If the debtor is the wife and the creditor is the financial co. does this mean the husband signs as the co-signer, because his name is not listed as a borrower?

Who Receives Home Ownership Counseling Notice

When a loan is made to an entity but is secured by the residence of one of the members, is it OK if the entity and/or other members also receive the home ownership counseling notice or does this notice have to only go to the homeowner?
Documents that Require MLO's Unique Identifier

We are receiving conflicting information on what documents the MLO's unique identifier has to be on. We have it on our applications but are being told that it needs to be on all correspondence, i.e., GFE, TIL, business cards as well as added to the MLO's email signature. Can you give us some guidance on this?
