New General License involving Panamanian Mall

OFAC has published a Kingpin Act General License: General License 4F “Authorizing Certain Transactions Involving the Panamanian Mall and Associated Complex, Soho Panama, S.A. (a.k.a. Soho Mall Panama).” This General License authorizes certain transactions and activities that would otherwise be prohibited pursuant to the Kingpin Act. OFAC is also amending one Frequently Asked Question.
