OFAC issues Belarus general license 2E

OFAC has posted a notice that, in consultation and coordination with the Department of State, it has authorized by general license transactions involving certain Belarusian entities blocked pursuant to Executive Order 13405. This general license does not authorize the release of property blocked pursuant to E.O. 13405. The authorization expires on October 30, 2018, unless extended or revoked.
