OFAC adds name to Foreign Sanctions Evaders List

In connection with a settlement with Kollmorgen Corporation of Radford, Virginia, for six apparent violations by its Turkish affiliate of Iranian Transactions and Sanctions Regulations, OFAC has designated a Turkish individual as a Foreign Sanction Evader:

  • KAYAKIRAN, Evren, Turkey; DOB 08 Feb 1980; citizen Turkey; Gender Male; Passport U00242309 (Turkey) (individual) [FSE-IR].
