OFAC issues Venezuela-related license

OFAC has posted a Notice of Recent Actions announcing its issuance of Venezuela-related General License 5G, "Authorizing Certain Transactions Related to the Petróleos de Venezuela, S.A. 2020 8.5 Percent Bond on or After October 21, 2021." OFAC also updated related FAQ 595.
