New Ukraine-related Exec Order, general licenses

OFAC has posted a Notice of Recent Actions announcing a new Executive Order "Blocking Property Of Certain Persons And Prohibiting Certain Transactions With Respect To Continued Russian Efforts To Undermine The Sovereignty And Territorial Integrity Of Ukraine."
Also announced were new Ukraine General Licenses numbers 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, and 22.
