OFAC issues Afghanistan-related general license and FAQs

On February 25, the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) issued a Notice of Recent Actions announcing the issuance of Afghanistan-related General License 20 "Authorizing Transactions Involving Afghanistan or Governing Institutions in Afghanistan," new Afghanistan-related FAQs and several amended FAQs.
