New and amended insurance-related FAQs

OFAC has posted a Recent Actions Notice announcing amendments to several FAQs related to insurance, as part of its ongoing process of reviewing published guidance to ensure information remains current. This batch includes review of OFAC's FAQ Topic Page, Compliance for the Insurance Industry.

Amended FAQs:

• 61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 68, 69, 102, 103, and 104

OFAC also published two new insurance-related FAQs (FAQ 1199 and FAQ 1200).
