Our bank has a time deposit owned jointly by Mary Smith, who died last week, and her daughters, Carol Jones and Jessica Smith. It is the only joint account in our bank in their names, and there is a balance of $700,000 in the account (Mary received the interest each month as a transfer from the time deposit). Should we talk with Carol and Jessica about FDIC deposit insurance limits?

We have customers who initiate the same Reg E wires, for the same amount, to the same country, each month. The required disclosures are read to the customer each time. Can this disclosure requirement be waived if the customer sets up the wire as a Standing Order or sets up the wire to be an STO?

If a customer files the claim and the reason they choose is unauthorized but then goes on to say they authorized the payment they just feel like they were scammed can we deny based on the fact they admitted to authorizing the payment?

A text is sent to the customer from Zelle to confirm the transaction, the
customer responded to it Yes, for the transaction to go. If I have proof that the text was
