With the implementation date two years away. Do I really need to worry about this right now?
We are in the process of changing our lobby hours:
1. What public notice is required to be posted and what is the timeframe?
2. Do I need to send anyone a formal notification of this change?
3. How long does this notice need to be posted at the branches before the change takes effect?
We will have the hours reflected in the board minutes and will update the CRA file.

I have a question regarding application of NAICS codes on our bank's internal GL. I understand that NAICS codes apply to businesses and not
individuals unless they are a sole proprietorship. If the individual is a real estate investor purchasing 1-4 SFR for investment/lease, does the NAICS
code #531110 apply? If so, does it apply if real estate investing is their secondary occupation?
Because small and intermediate small banks are not required to report annually for CRA, how can they assess their performance against that of similarly sized bank?
We are a small bank for CRA and do not collect gross annual revenue for some of our small business lending products. What is the best thing to do for CRA audits and exams to analyze our data?
