How many times can a check be submitted for payment on an overdrawn account? I thought two was the limit, but I was recently told that the check can be submitted as many times as the check holder wants to do it.

A customer claims she did not authorize items that paid against her account. These checks/drafts bear no customer signature, only the statement "authorized by your customer, no signature required". Do these items fall within the 24 hour rule?

How quickly do we need to give customers access to funds represented by remote deposit capture items. In other words, does Reg CC apply to consumer remote deposit capture items?

We have financed the development of a new subdivision. If we erect a large sign stating, "Financing provided by XYZ Bank" and then list the loan officer's name and telephone number will the Equal Housing Lender logo be required?

We have a draft that came in against a customer’s account and they notified us within 25 days of the item hitting their account that they did not authorize this paper draft. Can we return it now that we are outside the 24 hour guideline and for what reason?

How many times can a check be presented for payment after it is sent back NSF? I thought it was a total of three, but is that extended if the check is turned over to a collection agency?

Our bank would like to conduct a promotion on our non-interest bearing checking accounts by giving cash bonus ($25) for opening a new account with a $100 opening deposit requirement. We do not require customer to keep the account open or the opening deposit for any period of time. Are we compliant with Reg. Q or in violation of paying interest on DDA?
