What can we do to advertise for others in our bank statements?

When a subpoena requests copies of statements and cancelled checks, do we send only those that were paid or do we send all checks presented for payment?

If we have a poster in the window of our bank that states "We are lending" or that states we "Now offering Green Checking", are additional disclosures in addition to Member FDIC and/or Equal Housing logo required to appear on the poster?

We provide generic deposit and withdrawal slips in our lobbies for customer use. We have Member FDIC and Member DIF printed on them. Do we need to add the Equal Housing Logo to them?

Our bank verifies funds over the phone. Is there any liability to the bank to tell the caller that the account is closed and the closing date, and if a check being verified has a stop payment placed in it?

With regard to Reg D, when it states that withdrawals are limited to six per month or statement cycle, which do we have to go by for monitoring purpose if the calender month is different than the statement cycle? Our savings accounts are on a quarterly cycle instead of monthly cycle; are we limited to six per month or six per quarterly statement cycle?

We have a couple of tech-savvy lending officers who regularly post to personal blogs. We have a policy requirement that their blogging must include disclaimers that they are expressing personal opinions only and not writing on behalf of the bank.However, occasionally they may mention a bank product or service ("My bank offers a 35-year fixed rate loan" appeared in one of the blogs last week). Can their blogs be considered advertisements with trigger terms and compliance issues for the bank? Do we have to control what they post?
