I am working on a Reg E dispute where a customer insists, he did not make a transfer on Western Union, and it is fraudulent. Western Union denied the chargeback and sent thetransaction to me which has all of customer's information as sender, including name, email address, home address, and phone number, and they state it was authorized...The only thing I see as "off" is the IP address is out of state.
Can I revoke provisional and deny the claim based on this proof from Western Union or not, since customer insists he did not do it?

The procedures my bank currently has in place for disputing recurring transactions is to completely deny them, but I know that's not correct. How should recurring transactions be handled?
For example, a customer submits a dispute against Amazon Music for the past 4 months, $10.99 each time, but the merchant has been pulling the same amount on the same day every month since last July.

A consumer customer had 76 WEB/ACH unauthorized transactions occur between July 8, 2014, and July 27, 2015, totaling $74,143. The bank was able to return the most current 60 day transactions to the originating bank. The transactions were performed by the customer's secretary to pay her personal bills. What is the remaining liability to the bank?

As an issuer of MC branded Debit cards, are we required to provide the Additional Limits on Liability for MasterCard branded debit cards aka zero liability section. With recent changes at MC, the unauthorized transfer section of the Reg E disclosure will need updating. We would like to notify existing card holders of the change, but remove the paragraph for new customers. We have this query into our MC representative but no response yet.

We have a husband and wife that are getting a divorce. The wife used the husband's debit card and now he wants to dispute the charges. We submitted the charge back and provisional credit was denied. We received documents from the merchant verifying the card info. Do we need to give him his money back and take the loss?

We issue MasterCard debit cards. If a customer disputes a transaction where a PIN was used per Reg E and MasterCard, can we assess the $50.00 dollar liability? Card wasn't lost or stolen.
