We'd like to add a link to our website to advertise some of our repossessed mortgages. I've been searching for compliance issues regarding this, but have come up empty. Any ideas? Is this an acceptable practice?

Among credit risk, market risk and operational risk, developing a good operational risk management program seems to be the most challenging. Can't our existing compliance processes (e.g., AML, Red Flags, GLBA, etc.) contribute to operational risk management?
Outdoor Sign

For an outdoor sign (not attached to the building) advertising a special APY on a CD (trigger), the way I understand Reg DD, we are exempt from any disclosure information other than minimum balance to obtain the APY and the term of the CD. Does that disclosure information need to be a certain size?
Check Franking as a Plausible Risk Mitigation Process

In mitigating the risk of an item being presented electronically, and as an original item, is check franking a plausible risk mitigation process? Such as having the scanner print on the back of the check: VOID THIS ITEM HAS BEEN SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY.
Giving a $50 Certificate to 18 Year Olds

Our marketing department wants to give a $50 gift certificate to 18 year olds to open a deposit account. Under what regulation would this matter be addressed? I thought Reg DD, but have not found anything. I thought that we could not give preferential treatment to a certain group without discriminating. I told the marketing department that they could not do this, but now cannot back it up and of course, they must see it in print.
