I recently read the <a href="http://www.bankersonline.com/marketing/guru2007/gurus_mkt110507a.html">Q & A: Check Card Contest</a>, answered by BOL Guru, David Dickinson. According to David’s answer it is considered a lottery. If we were to offer a check card contest, but put a disclaimer on the sign for further information check our website and on our website offer a online entry form for anyone to enter in the contest would this keep the contest from being a lottery?

Our commercial lenders want to place an ad that mentions a prominent bank customer in the residential construction industry in an ad. This customer is being mentioned in return for marketing efforts in increasing their volume of business with the bank. Are there any regulatory issues of concern?
Checking Accounts - Businesses as Signers

Is there a regulation that allows or disallows a checking account to have multiple businesses as signers, basically a joint business account? The customer would like to deposit checks from three different LLCs into one checking account.
Custodial Check

I had a customer that came into the bank with a check payable to Gina Doe/Nancy Doe custodian, can a deposit be made into Nancy Doe’s account or would the check need to be deposited into an account titled Nancy Doe guardian for Gina Doe?
POD Designation & Probate
