Platte Valley Bank - Flood penalty
The Federal Reserve Board has issued an Order of Assessment of a Civil Money Penalty under the National Flood Insurance Act to Platte Valley Bank, Scottsbluff, Nebraska, ordering the payment of $33,785 to the National Flood Insurance Program, for deposit by FEMA into the National Flood Mitigation Fund. The order indicates it was issued "in connection with the [Platte Valley Bank's] pattern or practice of violations of [Federal Reserve Board] Regulation H, 12 C.F.R. § 208.25, that implements the Act."
