D.C. banker assessed $1,000 CMP

The FDIC has issued a $1,000 CMP against Roydell Stephens, now or formerly a vice president and manager of loan operations and documentation at Industrial Bank, Washington, D.C., after finding that he fraudulently issued cashier's checks from April 30, 2014, to July 23, 2016, resulting in a loss to the bank.

The FDIC issued a separate Order of Prohibition against Stephens.
