MyBank pays $49K for flood violations

The Federal Reserve Board has issued a consent order of assessment of a civil money penalty of $49,000 under the National Flood Insurance Act to MyBank, Belen, New Mexico, in connection with the bank's "pattern or practice of violations of Regulation H, 12 C.F.R. § 208.25, that implements the requirements of the Act."
