Pioneer Bank pays flood insurance penalty
Pioneer Bank, Mapleton, Minnesota, has been issued a consent order of assessment of a civil money penalty of $11,000 by the Federal Reserve Board, in connection with the Bank’s pattern or practice of violations of Regulation H, 12 C.F.R. § 208.25, which implements the requirements of the National Flood Insurance Act. The particular violations were not cited.
