Unless the consumer has stated they were not in control of the phone, I
would say the Yes affirmation was an authorization to proceed with the transaction. In
the case discussed in the webinar, a man’s phone and passcode were stolen at
gunpoint. Those transfers would have come from the customers device, but not the
customer. With any proof or corroborating evidence I would call that a valid claim.
