If a customer requests that we eliminate the available credit on their line, do we need to send them an adverse action?
Answer: 

Refer to Reg. B section 1002.2(c)(2)(i).
(2) The term does not include:
(i) A change in the terms of an account expressly agreed to by an applicant;
