When advertising MMDAs and savings accounts, we understand that best practice is to disclose federal limitations, however can we limit the statement to something like "Federal limitations will apply, see disclosure"?
Answer: 

Yes, you can do that. You might be a little more informative and say "Federal transaction limitations will apply. [See disclosure] [Ask] for details.
