I'm not aware of any. I don't think you will find advertising penalties as they rarely get cited, much less assigned a penalty. In fact, I don't think I've ever seen a CMP for advertising violations. The FTC has issued UDAP penalties for deceptive acts. You can find the FTC Actions here (although these include more than just UDAP issues).
