If an applicant chooses not to provide the borrower demographic data do we still collect it based on visual observation and surname?

Answer:

The borrower demographic data now includes aggregated (major categories) and disaggregated (subcategories) for race and ethnicity. The aggregated data is collected based on visual observation and surnames, the disaggregated data is not.
