Do the new regulations still use the size categories of small, intermediate small, and large?

Answer:

Bank size categories include small (< $600 million), intermediate (≥$600 million and < $2 billion) and large (≥ $2 billion). Note that the size thresholds have been adjusted and that the middle category is intermediate, not intermediate small.
