Attorney Fee for Preparing Purchase Contract

Answered by:

Question:
If the buyer is being charged by the attorney to prepare the purchase contract, would we reflect that in Section C or Section H? Also, would the fee description have "Title" in front of it?
Answer:

The preparation of the purchase contract has nothing to do with the loan, so it would be a Section H charge if they plan to pay for it at loan closing. It is also not related to title insurance, so it would not have "Title -" in front.
