Attorney's Fees

Answered by:

Question:
Does an attorney fee affect the APR?
Answer:

In real estate loans it may be exempted under 226.4(c)(7).

In other transactions the fee could be associated with a third party cost of the loan and added to the finance charge. In this case it would increase the APR.
