Can authorized signers of non-profit organization accounts have debit cards?

Answer:

If the governing body of the organization approves the issuance of debit cards to designated staff members, and provides the bank with evidence of that approval, and appropriate card requests and agreements, there's no reason that a bank could not issue the cards, subject, of course, to the bank's policies and procedures.
