Banks Releasing Statements to Business Accounts

Answered by:

Company A bought all of Company B including the stock in February 2016, they are requesting statements for Company B's accounts for December 2015 and January 2016. Can they receive them from the bank?

Based on your description, Company A is successor to Company B, having bought it out. It acquired the rights that Company B had prior to the takeover. Yes, they can have the statements.
