In researching a blanket insurance policy, it says it covers everything under the property. Does that include Flood Insurance or is a separate rider required?

Answer:

You'll need to ask your agent this question. However, non-NFIP flood insurance policies (which this must be) must be specific as to requirements as outlined on page 57 and 58 of the FEMA Guidelines.
