Break time get back in line.

I work with a teller who scares me as she will tell the customer outright “no,” without explaining why. Today she told a person to get back into line as the transaction would take too much time as she was going on break! Should I go to management or wait until something happens?

This question crosses our desk at least once every six months in one form or another. Please go to management at once to inform them of the pending problem. If this teller does this on someone who has mental problems, anger issues or just plain had a bad day the results could be a nightmare.
