Business Checking-2 Signatures for Stop Payment?

Answered by:

Question:
If a customer has a business checking account in which they require two signatures on checks, are we required to get two signatures on stop payments or will one suffice?
Answer:

That would totally depend on the authority granted to individuals by the company, such as by corporate resolution and your depositor's agreement.
