Can Bank Employee Sell Raffle Ticket on Bank Prop?

Question:
I know banks cannot advertise or promote a lottery or raffle but can an employee who is involved in a non-profit organization sell raffle tickets to other employees on bank property?
Answer:

Randy Carey

That is a matter for your bank to deal with in the bank's Code of Conduct policy. Many banks have a no solicitation policy when it comes to approaching fellow employees.
