I have a question regarding Health Savings Accounts. We have multiple accounts that haven't been used in years, we wanted to know if there is a letter/notice we can mail our customers in regards to their accounts? Also can HSAs go "inactive" due to the length of time on no activity? Do escheat rules apply to these balances?
