Answered by:

Question:
Our customer has appointed her daughter as her attorney-in-fact. Can the daughter set up Internet banking on her mom's account? The daughter/AIF is not listed as a joint owner of the account, and was appointed AIF after the account was open.
Answer:

The powers granted under the power of attorney will be specifically outlined in the power of attorney document. If you have questions regarding the powers that have been granted to the daughter, have your legal counsel review the power of attorney document and advise you.
